Using ProJobs360 constitutes your acceptance of these Terms of Service. You must be at least 18 years of age to use this platform. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use ProJobs360.

ProJobs360 connects contractors with day laborers via SMS. We are a technology platform, not a staffing agency or employer. We do not employ workers, guarantee job fills, or assume liability for work performed through the platform.

Contractors must post accurate job details including trade, pay rate, hours, and location. You are responsible for paying workers the agreed amounts on the agreed schedule. You must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local labor laws. ProJobs360 is not responsible for wage disputes between contractors and workers.

Workers must provide accurate information about their skills, trades, and availability. You are expected to show up on time for confirmed jobs or cancel in advance with reasonable notice. Do not misrepresent your qualifications or experience when accepting jobs.

The free tier includes 3 dispatches at no cost. Paid plans are billed via Stripe on a monthly or annual basis. No refunds are issued for completed dispatches. You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

By registering on ProJobs360 and providing your phone number (by clicking "Send code" on signup), you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from us, sent via Twilio. Message types include: one-time verification codes; job invitations and dispatch confirmations; worker response notifications; account updates; and operational support. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS. Message frequency varies by user activity — typically 1–10 messages per day for active workers, 1–5 per day for active contractors. Standard message and data rates may apply per your carrier and mobile plan. ProJobs360 does not charge for SMS we send. Reply HELP to any message for help, or visit https://projobs360.com/how-it-works. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe — your number is removed from all SMS within 24 hours. Opting out may limit access to platform features such as job alerts and verification codes. Your phone number is never sold or shared with third parties for marketing purposes.

Workers who use ProJobs360 are independent contractors, not employees of ProJobs360. Contractors who post jobs through ProJobs360 are also not employees of ProJobs360. ProJobs360 does not control the manner or means by which any work is performed.

ProJobs360 is not liable for job quality, worker conduct, on-site injuries, wage disputes, property damage, or any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. Your use of ProJobs360 is at your sole risk.

The following are strictly prohibited: posting false or misleading job listings, harassing or threatening other users, sending spam or unsolicited commercial messages through the platform, and any activity that violates applicable law. Violations result in immediate account termination without refund.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of the State of Texas.
