We collect the following information when you use ProJobs360: phone number, name, trade skills, city and general location, job history on the platform, and payment information. Payment data is processed via Stripe and is not stored by ProJobs360.

Your information is used to: match workers to relevant jobs via SMS, maintain platform security and prevent fraud, improve and develop the ProJobs360 service, and communicate platform updates and job alerts to registered users.

By providing your phone number and opting in (clicking "Send code" on the signup form), you expressly consent to receive transactional SMS messages from ProJobs360. The SMS program is operated by ProJobs360 via Twilio. Message types include: one-time verification codes during signup and login; job invitations and dispatch confirmations to workers; worker response notifications to contractors; account updates and platform changes; and operational support messages. Message frequency varies by user activity — typically 1–10 messages per day for active workers, 1–5 per day for active contractors. Standard message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and mobile plan. ProJobs360 does not charge for SMS messages we send. We do not send marketing or promotional SMS. Reply HELP to any message for help or visit https://projobs360.com/how-it-works. Reply STOP to any message to unsubscribe at any time — your number will be removed from all future SMS within 24 hours. Opting out will prevent you from receiving job alerts and verification codes, which may limit access to platform features. Your phone number is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for marketing purposes. We share your phone number only with our SMS delivery provider (Twilio) and with contractors who hire you (so they can contact you directly about the job).

All payments are processed by Stripe. ProJobs360 does not store credit card numbers or full payment details. Stripe handles all payment data in accordance with PCI DSS standards. Please review Stripe's privacy policy at stripe.com/privacy for details.

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with the following service providers to operate the platform: Twilio (SMS delivery), Stripe (payment processing), and Cloudflare (infrastructure and security). No data is shared with advertisers or data brokers.

Active account data is retained while your account remains active. Upon account closure, your data will be deleted within 90 days upon written request. Some data may be retained longer where required by law or for fraud prevention purposes.

You have the right to request deletion of your personal data at any time. To submit a data deletion request, email us at: privacy@projobs360.com. We will process your request within 30 days of receipt.

We use minimal session cookies strictly for authentication purposes. ProJobs360 does not use tracking cookies, advertising cookies, or third-party analytics cookies. No cross-site tracking is performed.

ProJobs360 is not intended for users under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If we become aware that a minor has registered, we will delete their account and associated data promptly.

We will notify registered users of any material changes to this Privacy Policy via SMS before changes take effect. Continued use of ProJobs360 after notification constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
